Acceptance of Terms

By using this tool you agree to these terms.

If you disagree with any section you should stop using the site; continued use after updates means acceptance; minors should use the tools only with a guardian's permission; and enterprise users remain responsible for their own internal policies.

Free Service

The tool is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to change this in future.

We may introduce paid features later; we may adjust rate limits to protect uptime; we will document meaningful changes on this page or in the blog; and pricing would never apply retroactively to past free usage.

Data Retention

Analysis reports are stored for 7 days. Submitted URL cache data is stored for 24 hours to speed up repeat checks unless you request a fresh analysis. Rate limit and CAPTCHA verification data reset every 2 hours.

Retention exists to improve performance; it is not unlimited storage; you can request a fresh analysis when you need a new snapshot; and you should read the Privacy Policy for the full picture on cookies and third parties.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Do not use automated scripts to submit URLs.
• Only analyze URLs you own or have permission to analyze.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our scoring methodology.

Respectful security research is welcome when coordinated; bulk scanning of arbitrary third-party sites is not; harassment of our team or other users is grounds for a ban; and we may throttle or block traffic that degrades shared infrastructure.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Results are based on real data fetched from the analyzed URL. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% correctness for all websites. Some sites use JavaScript rendering which may affect results. PageSpeed data is provided by Google's API and is outside our control.

You remain responsible for interpreting scores in context; we do not warrant fitness for a particular commercial outcome; consultants should disclose how they use our exports; and legal decisions should not rest on a single automated pass alone.

No Guarantee of AI Citations

A high score does not guarantee your content will be cited by any AI engine. AI citation depends on many factors beyond technical optimization.

Search and AI platforms change ranking and retrieval rules without notice; a high score here is not a contract with any engine; your content strategy still needs editorial quality; and you should monitor live results in Bing Webmaster Tools and similar consoles.

Intellectual Property

All tool code, scoring methodology, and content on this site is owned by websiteaeogeochecker.com.

You receive a limited licence to use the tools in a browser; you may not scrape the UI to rebuild a competing product; you may not remove proprietary notices; and you may quote short excerpts with attribution when allowed by fair dealing or fair use rules in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

The tool is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on tool results.

We are not liable for indirect damages; we are not liable for lost profits tied to rankings or AI citations; we are not liable for outages caused by upstream providers; and your exclusive remedy is generally to stop using the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We will date substantive edits; we may fix typos without a version bump; archived copies may exist in public git history; and you should print or save a copy when you need an offline record for procurement.
